First, the handling process:

The first step is to approve the name

5. Apply for tax control and invoices

6. Annual report of the enterprise

According to the Provisional Regulations on Enterprise Information Publicity, every year from 1 month 1 day to June 30th, the enterprise shall submit the annual report of the previous year, including the basic information of the company, major financial data and indicators, changes in share capital and shareholders' information, etc.

Legal basis:
