How do graduate students apply for student loans? Can anyone apply before admission?
Steps for graduate students to apply for loans:

Step 1: When applying, please take the questionnaire of college students and their families to the counselors of each department to get a "Qualification Examination Form for Graduate Freshmen's Green Channel Loan" stamped with the official seal of the department, and you can directly register the student loan at the "Green Channel" handling office of the Graduate Affairs Office on the day of application;

Step 2: enter the new student registration office and submit all the information of the above loan to the staff of the "green channel" of the graduate affairs office;

Step 3: After the materials are approved, get the loan application approval form (in duplicate);

Step 4: Go to the on-site office of the finance office to handle the tuition extension formalities with the loan tuition extension certificate issued by the staff of the finance office and stamped with the official seal;

Step 5: Within a certain period of time after entering school, log in to the school HUB system, select the loan system, and fill in the loan information. Online information must be consistent with the information filled in the loan application approval form;

Step 6: after completing all the above steps, be sure to bring all the materials to the affairs office of the graduate work department for formal examination within the specified time;

Step 7: Wait for the bank to review. Later, our department will inform the students who have obtained the approved loan to sign a formal contract with the bank, and the specific signing time and place will be notified separately. Please pay close attention to the department notice and postgraduate funding network.

Generally, you can't apply before entering the school, because the review also takes time.
