Loan amount and interest rate:
1. Loan amount:
If the total deposit ratio is 20% to 24%, the loan ceiling is 400,000 yuan;
If the deposit ratio is 16% to 20%, the loan ceiling is 370,000 yuan; If the deposit ratio is below 16%, the loan ceiling is 350,000 yuan.
2. Term of the loan:
(1). Apply for housing provident fund personal housing loan, and the first-hand housing shall not exceed 30 years at the longest.
(2) Apply for personal loans for the construction, renovation and overhaul of self-occupied housing provident fund, and the longest loan shall not exceed 15 years.
(3) If the application for housing loan plus housing provident fund loan is used for construction, renovation or overhaul, the loan term is the same as that of the application for housing loan.
