According to the inquiry of Xi 'an Abe, the interest rate of Xi 'an's first home loan is divided into provident fund loan interest rate and commercial loan interest rate, as follows:

1. Provident fund loan interest rate: 2.6% for less than 5 years (inclusive) and 3. 1% for more than 5 years.

2. Commercial loan interest rate: 4.35% within 1 year (inclusive), 4.75% below 5 years (inclusive) and 4.9% above 5 years. The lower limit of the interest rate of commercial personal housing loan for the first suite is not less than LPR minus 20 basis points in the same period, and it is currently 4.0%(5 years). The lower limit of commercial personal housing loan interest rate for second-home is not less than LPR plus 20 basis points in the same period, and it is currently 4.4%(5 years).
