There are two processing methods:
Path 1: Apply through the online business system of housing provident fund and settle accounts online.
The first step is to log in to the system.
Log in to Beijing Housing Provident Fund Network (gjj.beijing.gov.cn), click on the personal online business platform on the right side of the home page, select the personal online business platform (Beijing Center), read the login prompts carefully, and click on the Beijing unified identity authentication platform to log in. You can choose "account login" or "SMS login" to log in to the online business system of Beijing Housing Provident Fund.
Tip: If you are not registered in Beijing Unified Identity Authentication Platform, please complete the registration before logging in.
Step 2, select the extraction item and input the extraction information.
Click on the left side of the page I want to extract-extract housing provident fund-extract application. In the list of new applications, click on the Beijing Housing Provident Fund Management Center loan to purchase a house to extract the housing provident fund application, enter the activity application page, and display the basic information of the user under the column of "Basic Information". If "marital status" is "unspecified marital status", the marital status should be selected according to the actual situation. For example, if you select "Married" for "Marital Status" and click the "Modify Marriage Information" button, if you have passed the Beijing Civil Affairs Verification, you can automatically import the marriage information after selection; If there is no record, enter relevant information and upload the "marriage certificate" image. The "homeowner" chooses himself or his spouse.
Under the column of "provident fund loan information", the system will automatically display the provident fund loan information of the house owner, and the applicant can click to select; If there is more than one, you can choose one. If the loan information is not found, the provident fund loan information column displays: No result found. Applicants need to confirm whether there is a Beijing provident fund loan and whether the loan information is accurate. If in doubt, please contact the lending institution.
Under the column of "Payer Account Related Information", fill in "Current Withdrawal Amount", select the payee's provident fund card bank, and the system will automatically display the corresponding provident fund card number.
If the applicant wants to use his other bank card (which should be a first-class bank settlement account specified by the People's Bank of China) for withdrawal, first click the Provident Fund Card Maintenance button on the left side of the page, select the "bank name" of the housing provident fund card to be added, enter the "bank card number", and click the Add button to add it successfully. The subsequent process starts from "step 1 and step 2" and can continue. Each employee who deposits in the name of an individual can hold provident fund cards of multiple card-issuing banks, and each bank is limited to one card.
The third step is personal authorization and commitment.
Read and check the personal information to verify the authorization and commitment letter, click Submit, and the system will display that the submission is successful.
Step 4: Submit the application and print the receipt.
On the page of successful submission, if you need to keep the application receipt, click Print Receipt to print the receipt of the business certificate of Beijing Housing Provident Fund Management Center. If you need to query the business agency, click the agency outlet, click OK, and select the application to complete.
Step five, check the progress.
After the application is submitted successfully, you can click on the left side of the page I want to extract-extract housing provident fund-apply for extraction record to view the application progress. Click "View Details" to inquire about the details of the application project, and click "Print Receipt" to supplement the receipt of the business certificate of Beijing Housing Provident Fund Management Center.
If the application progress is "approved", the withdrawal funds will be transferred to the applicant's provident fund card account.
If the application progress is "Approval Failed", you can check the reasons for the failure in the "Remarks Information" column.
If the application progress is "Supplementary Application Materials", you can check the materials that need to be supplemented and the reasons in the column of "Remarks Information". Double-click the record with the left mouse button, add the uploaded picture and resubmit.
If the application progress is Pending Approval or Being Approved, the system has not completed the approval. Please check the status again later. After approval, the system will automatically update the application progress.
Path 2: Go through the housing provident fund business counter.
The first step is to provide materials.
Original ID card of the applicant (or face recognition). If the name of the purchaser is the spouse of the extractor, the original marriage certificate is also required (not required if it can pass the civil affairs check).
Step 2: Counter handling.
If I handle it, I will take the above materials and choose any management department and entrust a bank agency to handle it.
If the unit manager handles it, the unit manager will carry the original ID card (or face recognition), the personal authorization letter and the copy of the commitment letter filled out by the applicant to apply for the withdrawal of housing provident fund and the above materials, and choose any management department and entrusted bank agent to handle it.
If it is entrusted to others, the client shall carry the original ID cards (or face recognition) of the client and the client, the personal power of attorney and the above materials, and choose any management department and entrusted bank agency to handle it.
Two, after one of the spouses withdraws, the spouse applies for the same housing to withdraw the housing provident fund.
If the husband and wife pay the housing accumulation fund in Beijing, they need to provide the original ID card (or face recognition) and the original marriage certificate (if they can pass the civil affairs check, they are not required).
If the applicant's spouse has established provident fund in Zhongzhi, Guo Guan or railway sub-centers and has applied for the same housing withdrawal, if the applicant applies for withdrawal in Beijing and enjoys the remaining withdrawal quota of the spouse in the sub-centers, the original ID card (or face recognition) and the original marriage certificate (if it can pass the civil affairs check, it may not be provided) shall be provided.
If I handle it, I will take the above materials and choose any management department and entrust a bank agency to handle it.

Three, the depositor for the same set of housing purchase extraction, after the interruption can apply for extraction again.
The depositor of Beijing housing provident fund applied for the purchase of the same set of housing, and the amount of the withdrawal did not reach the total purchase price. After the interruption, he can apply for quitting again.
If I handle it myself, I will bring the original ID card (or face recognition) and choose any management department and entrust a bank agency to handle it.
If the unit manager handles it, the unit manager will bring his original ID card (or face recognition), the applicant's original ID card (or face recognition) and a copy of the personal authorization letter and commitment letter filled out by the applicant to apply for housing provident fund, and choose any management department and entrusted bank agent to handle it.
If the customer entrusts others to handle the matter, he should bring the original ID cards (or face recognition) of the principal and the principal, the personal power of attorney and the above materials, and choose any management department and entrust a bank agency to handle the matter.
Prompt: Depositors of the Central directly under the authority Sub-center, the Central State Organs Sub-center and the Beijing Railway Sub-center shall handle it according to the regulations of their respective sub-centers.
