What will happen if the lender fails to repay the loan on time:
1. First of all, the bank will continue to call for loans. If the phone is disconnected, the staff will come directly to the door;
2. Deduct the loan principal and interest directly from the lender's settlement account in the loan bank, and freeze the external payment of the settlement account;
3. If the lender has collateral in the bank, the bank has the right to auction the collateral through legal channels;
4. If the loan has a guarantor, the bank has the right to recover the principal and interest of the loan and the corresponding expenses from the guarantor;
5. If the collection fails, the bank has the right to bring a lawsuit to the court to preserve the principal and interest of the bank loan according to law.
6. If the lender fails to perform the judgment of the court within the performance period after suing the court and winning the case, it will apply to the court for enforcement;
7. When the court accepts enforcement, it will seal up the real estate, vehicles, securities and deposits under the name of the lender according to law;
8. If the lender refuses to perform the effective judgment of the court because there is no enforceable property under his name, negative information such as overdue repayment will be recorded in the personal credit report, and he will be restricted from high consumption and entry and exit, and may even be punished by judicial custody.
