The evaluation of green building can be divided into the evaluation in design stage and the evaluation after completion. Evaluation index system is divided into residential building evaluation index system and public building evaluation index system.

The design stage evaluation of newly built, expanded or rebuilt residential buildings or public buildings shall be carried out after the completion of the construction drawing design.

Newly built, expanded or rebuilt residential buildings or public buildings should be evaluated after one year of use.

The applicant shall make a technical and economic analysis of the whole life cycle of the building, reasonably determine the scale of the building, select the appropriate building technology, equipment and materials, and submit the corresponding analysis report.

The applicant shall control the planning, design, construction and commissioning process according to the relevant requirements of this specification, and submit relevant documents.

Evaluation and classification of green buildings

The evaluation index system of green building consists of six indexes: land saving and outdoor environment, energy saving and energy utilization, water saving and water resource utilization, material saving and material resource utilization, indoor environmental quality and operation management. Each category of indicators includes control items and score items. The control item is a necessary condition for green building, and the scoring item is an optional condition for green building scoring, and each scoring item is 1.
