1. Go to the loan bank to get the Application Form for the Cancellation of Real Estate Mortgage, the Application Form for the Cancellation of Public (Private) Housing Mortgage Registration, and the Property Ownership Certificate. The bank seals them and the mortgagor needs to sign them.

2. Bring my ID card, real estate mortgage contract (one copy), real estate mortgage cancellation application form, public (private) housing mortgage cancellation application form, house ownership certificate, state-owned land use certificate and property ownership certificate, and go through the cancellation procedures at the local mortgage registration acceptance window.

3. Review the application materials and handle the cancellation procedures.
