(1) purchasing, building, renovating or overhauling owner-occupied houses with property rights;

(3) completely losing the ability to work and terminating the labor relationship with the unit;

(4) leaving the country to settle down;

(5) repaying the principal and interest of the house purchase loan;

(6) The rent exceeds the prescribed proportion of family wage income;

(7) those who enjoy the minimum social security for urban residents;

(8) The employee is dead or declared dead;

(9) The rural migrant workers terminate their labor relations with their units;

(1) Those who have not been re-employed for more than 3 years (including 3 years) after terminating the labor relationship with the unit. Workers and their immediate family members who purchase, build, renovate or overhaul houses with only the right to use houses, houses on collective land or rural homestead houses cannot withdraw housing provident fund.
