Postal micro-loans shall be implemented in accordance with the loan interest rate for the same period stipulated by the People's Bank of China, and the floating interest rate shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of the People's Bank of China. In case of interest rate adjustment during the loan period, the contract interest rate shall prevail.

The benchmark interest rate for 20 17 years is:

Within half a year (including half a year): 5.60%

Half a year to one year (including one year): 6.00%

One year to three years (including three years): 6. 15%

Three to five years (including five years): 6.40%

More than five years: 6.55%
