Legal analysis: 1. After the employees (including retirees) of an enterprise die due to illness or non-work-related, the monthly allowance standard for each dependent immediate family member who meets the conditions of receiving the living difficulties allowance for survivors is adjusted to three grades according to the location of the enterprise: 360 yuan, 320 yuan and 280 yuan (see the attached table for the living difficulties allowance standard for enterprise survivors).

(1) The standard of survivors' allowance for workers who participated in revolutionary work before the founding of People's Republic of China (PRC) is increased by 20% on the basis of the above-mentioned subsidy standard.

(2) If the employee's survivors are single, 10% will be increased on the basis of the above subsidy standard.

(3) Where there are both (1) and (2), the subsidy standard shall be increased by 30% on the basis of the above subsidy standard.

Legal basis: Measures for the Administration of Disability Pension

Twenty-second disabled people from the second month after the approval of disability rating, by the civil affairs department of the people's government at the county level in accordance with the provisions of the disability pension. If the pension relationship of the disabled is transferred, the pension of that year will be paid by the military or the civil affairs department of the place where the disabled move out, and from the second year onwards, it will be paid by the civil affairs department of the place where the disabled move in according to local standards.

Article 23 After applying to the civil affairs department of the people's government at the county level and going through the relevant formalities, disabled people living in different places in China (referring to places where pensions are not paid) or people with China nationality who go to Hongkong, Macao and Taiwan Province Province to settle down or go abroad may entrust others to receive their disability pensions, or entrust the civil affairs department to mail them or deposit them in the accounts of financial institutions designated by them, and the required expenses shall be borne by themselves.

Twenty-fourth disabled people living in different places in China shall provide proof of residence issued by the public security organ of their place of residence to the civil affairs department responsible for paying their disability pension every year. If the certificate is not submitted in that year, the civil affairs department of the people's government at the county level shall make an announcement or notify the family to submit the certificate; If the disabled still cannot provide the above-mentioned residence certificate within 60 days after the announcement or notification of their families, the disability pension will be stopped from the second year.
