Can I use the provident fund loan for my second suite?
Conditions for applying for provident fund loans:

1) The loan application has been paid normally for nearly six months.

2) The loan application account is in normal deposit status.

3) There are no outstanding provident fund loans under the names of the borrower and the co-repayer.

4) Good credit report of the family (if the loan has not been repaid for three consecutive months or has been overdue for six times or more within two years, the loan will be refused).

5) The borrower has only one set of non-provident fund loan housing or no housing under the family name.

If you use the provident fund in the first suite, you need to settle a set of provident fund loans, while the second suite can make users provident fund. If a set does not use provident fund loans, the second suite can use provident fund loans.
