1. Both donors go to the notary office for notarization procedures and receive notarial certificates;
2, the applicant to the Surveying and Mapping Office for area mapping or surveying and mapping, to receive the results;
3. The applicant shall go through the tax payment formalities at the deed tax collection window and obtain the tax payment certificate;
4. The applicant prepares all materials and applies for gift registration in the acceptance window;
5. The recipient accepts the case, pays the registration fee and issues a receipt for the application for registration of real estate;
6. The case-handling personnel shall review the data and notify the applicant to get the certificate at the sending window;
7. The applicant shall receive the real estate license at the delivery window with the registration receipt.

Forty-first real estate transfer, a written transfer contract shall be signed, and the contract shall specify the way to obtain the land use right.
Article 42 When the real estate is transferred, the rights and obligations stipulated in the land use right transfer contract shall be transferred accordingly.
Article 43 If the land use right is obtained by means of transfer, after the transfer of real estate, the service life of the land use right shall be the remaining service life after deducting the service life of the original land user from the service life agreed in the original land use right transfer contract.
