Is the house bought with a pre-marital loan a joint property of husband and wife?
Whether the house purchased by pre-marital loan is regarded as the joint property of husband and wife is as follows:

1. A house bought with a loan before marriage does not necessarily belong to common property after marriage. Before marriage, the customer borrowed money to buy a house, and the property was registered in his own name. After marriage, the customer also repays the loan with personal property. The real estate belongs to the personal property of husband and wife, and the spouse may not advocate division when divorcing;

2. If the husband and wife jointly borrow money to buy a house before marriage, and the property is registered in the names of both parties, and they jointly repay the loan after marriage, the house belongs to the joint property of the husband and wife, and both parties can claim ownership at the time of divorce.

The following property belongs to the personal property of husband and wife:

1, one party's premarital property;

2. Medical expenses, living allowance for the disabled and other expenses obtained by one party due to physical injury;

3. Property determined to belong only to the husband or wife in the will or gift contract;

4. Daily necessities for one party;

5. Military casualty insurance, disability allowance and medical living allowance.

Legal basis: Article 1062 of the Civil Code of People's Republic of China (PRC).

The following property acquired by husband and wife during the marriage relationship is the joint property of husband and wife, which is jointly owned by husband and wife:

(1) Wages, bonuses and remuneration for labor services;

(2) Income from production, operation and investment;

(3) Income from intellectual property rights;

(4) Inherited or donated property, except as provided for in Item 3 of Article 1063 of this Law;

(5) Other property that should be jointly owned.

Husband and wife have equal rights to dispose of common property.
