College student employment policy is as follows:

I. Promotion and expansion of recruitment and absorption action. The Ministry of Education has arranged for the expansion of enrollment of master's degree students by 189,000, and the expansion of general college education by 322,000. Currently, it is working with relevant departments to study the expansion of enrollment in the second bachelor's degree.

Second, the grass-roots special program to enrich the action. The "Teachers on Special Assignment" program will increase the recruitment scale by 5,000 people, and the recruitment scale will reach 105,000 this year. Appropriately expand the scale of implementation of the central grass-roots projects such as the "Three Support One Help" and the "Western Program". More than 400,000 graduates will be recruited to supplement the primary and secondary school and kindergarten teaching force, taking the initiative of "first on the job, and then certified" to further strengthen the primary and secondary school and kindergarten teacher staffing.

Three, expanding the action of graduates to join the army. This year, more efforts will be made to promote accurate recruitment and mobilization, and to further implement the preferential policies for graduates to join the army.

Four, vigorously develop scientific research, community, medical and other grass-roots positions action. Efforts will be made to develop research assistant positions suitable for graduates. The relevant departments will promote the national urban and rural communities and grass-roots health sector to prioritize the recruitment of graduates for new positions.

V. Promoting the action of enterprises to stabilize and expand employment. State-owned enterprises will continuously expand the recruitment of college graduates in the next two years. The relevant departments will implement preferential policies such as one-time subsidies and return of unemployment insurance to encourage small and medium-sized enterprises to absorb more college graduates.
