Property buyers who want to borrow money to buy shops can only apply for commercial loans to buy houses, but the maximum loan can only be 50%. Before buying a shop, it is necessary to check the ownership status of the purchased house with the real estate transaction in the area where the house is located, and see if the developer has relevant documents for selling the shop, including whether it is mortgaged or not, and whether it is subject to judicial restrictions, so as to avoid property disputes.
