The Banking Regulatory Bureau adjusted the financial service target of small and micro enterprises in the banking industry from "two no less than" which only focused on loan growth and increment to "three no less than" of 20 15.

In order to support the development of small and micro enterprises, the CBRC has always had "two requirements" for loans to small and micro enterprises: the increment and growth rate of loans are not lower than the overall average level last year.
