1. Guaranteed loan: If the lender's relatives or a third party sign a joint repayment responsibility contract when applying for the loan, the guarantor will repay the loan after the lender dies;
2. Mortgage loan: If the applicant applies for mortgage loan through mortgaged house, the court will auction the assets of the applicant after his death to pay off the debt;
3. Unsecured loan: If the loan does not provide collateral and there is no joint liability of a third party, the loan will not be repaid after death.
