Third, the duties of the correspondent.

1. Publicize the work progress and achievements of the department around the key points of corporate culture construction of our company and the current edition arrangement of corporate magazines.

2. Collect the news clues of this department and report them to the editorial department in time. According to the work arrangement of the executive editor of the editorial department, complete the manuscript collection and writing work of the department or column in charge.

3. Correspondents should not only write their own articles, but also take the initiative to drive, guide and help the staff who like to write and actively contribute to the window column of Jintaide. In principle, every reporter provides at least one manuscript to this magazine every month.

4. Cooperate with the executive editor-in-chief, editors, journalists and photographers of Jintai Deyi Window to complete the reporting tasks for their subordinate departments (subsidiaries).

5. Participate in business knowledge and skills training activities of correspondents as required.

6. Assist the editorial department to pay a return visit to the window of Jintaide, collect and improve the opinions and suggestions on corporate culture construction and internal publication promotion, and feed them back to the editorial department in time. Five, the correspondent work quality requirements (manuscript quality requirements)

VII. Remuneration of Correspondents

1. The active and outstanding correspondents will be commended and rewarded quarterly (accounting for 20% of the total number, and the quantity and quality of manuscripts and publications will be used as the criteria for selecting outstanding correspondents). Eight, the correspondent's punishment

1. If the reporter fails to provide the manuscript and materials to this magazine for two consecutive months, the editorial department will inform him. If there is still no manuscript after January, the default is to give up the qualification of correspondent automatically, and the editorial department will cancel its qualification as a correspondent and notify its department (subsidiary).

2. The correspondent should be responsible for the authenticity of the manuscript, and the manuscript provided must be reviewed by the department head before being submitted to the editorial department; To cancel the qualification of correspondents who provide false information and violate the ethics of the news industry, and punish the departments (subsidiaries) where the suggestions have a bad influence;
