2. Put forward the quantity and price of Moutai to Maotai Company, and prepare relevant documents according to the requirements of Maotai Company and corresponding regulations.

3. Submit the financial approval documents for purchasing Moutai to Maotai Company, and attach the contract for purchasing Moutai.

4. Maotai Company will conduct audit according to the information provided by the company. If it is approved, it will sign a contract to buy Moutai.

5. Pay according to the payment method and time agreed in the contract, and Kweichow Moutai will deliver the products to the enterprise.

6. After receiving Maotai liquor, the enterprise shall conduct acceptance inspection to confirm whether the quantity, model and quality of the product meet the requirements.
