Tax agent registration procedures:
Applicants can use mobile phones or computers and other mobile terminals to log in to the "National Tax Agents Professional Qualification Examination Registration System" (hereinafter referred to as the examination registration system) of the China Association of Certified Tax Agents, or directly enter the URL in the address bar of the browser to log in to the examination registration system for registration.
First time applicants. First complete the real-name registration, then log in, enter the page, and fill in the items as required. Please upload your bareheaded photo when signing up. Please prepare photos in advance (digital photos of standard documents, JPG or JPEG format, white background, the same below).
Then choose the subjects to apply for. Non-first-time applicants can use their ID number to log in, enter and query personal information (if the name, certificate type and certificate number are wrong, fill in Annex 5 and send an email with personal name as the subject).
Brief introduction of tax accountant:
Tax agent refers to the professional and technical personnel who have passed the national unified examination, obtained the professional qualification certificate of tax agent and registered, and engaged in tax-related certification and tax-related service activities. On July 20 14, the State Council cancelled the professional qualification license of certified tax agent, and the registered tax agent was renamed as tax agent. After the name change, the tax accountant still belongs to the national professional qualification.
The qualification of tax accountant is obtained through examination and identification system. The registration service system shall be implemented for the professional qualification certificate of tax agents, and the specific work of the registration service for the professional qualification certificate of tax agents shall be the responsibility of the national tax agent industry association.
The local association of tax agents is responsible for examining the qualifications of candidates. Qualified candidates can obtain the Professional Qualification Certificate of People's Republic of China (PRC) Professional and Technical Personnel, which is supervised by Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, State Taxation Administration of The People's Republic of China, People's Republic of China (PRC) and stamped by China Certified Tax Agents Association.
