Eligible employers apply for blue-collar apartments according to the following procedures:

1. 4. review. Jianxin Housing Service (Zhejiang) Co., Ltd. conducts a preliminary examination of the application materials submitted by the employer. After passing the preliminary examination, it submits the application materials to the District Housing and Construction Bureau for review and filing. District Housing and Construction Bureau will publish the relevant information of the employer and the applicant in Fuyang Daily and the government portal for 7 days.
