Two. Information to be provided in bidding:
(1) New bid:
1. Enterprises (including individuals): original business license 1 copy, 2 copies (A4 format), legal representative (or person in charge) ID card copy 1 copy (A4 format) on the license, and stamped with the official seal.
2. Institutions: The original and two copies of the Certificate of Legal Person of Institutions issued by Yuzhong District Editorial Committee (A4 format), and the copy of the ID card of the legal representative 1 copy (A4 format) on the certificate, with the official seal affixed.
3. Organ: the original and copy of the approval for the establishment of the unit 1 copy (A4 format), the original and copy of the employment document of the legal person (or person in charge) 1 copy (A4 format), and the copy of the ID card of the legal person (or person in charge) 1 copy (A4 format) with official seal.
4. Social organization: the original 1 copy and two copies (A4 format) of the Social Organization Registration Certificate issued by Yuzhong District Civil Affairs Bureau, and the copy 1 copy of the legal person (or person in charge) ID card on the certificate (A4 format) with official seal.
5. Private non-enterprise units: the original 1 copy and two copies (A4 format) of the Registration Certificate for Private Non-enterprise Units issued by Yuzhong District Civil Affairs Bureau, and the copy 1 copy of the ID card of the legal person (or person in charge) on the registration certificate (A4 format) with the official seal.
6. Office: the original 1 copy and two copies (A4 format) of the Registration Certificate issued by the management office of foreign institutions in Yuzhong District, and the copy of the ID card of the person in charge 1 copy (A4 format) on the registration certificate, with the official seal affixed.
(2) Change and replacement:
1. In addition to the above-mentioned documents required for the new bid, the original and photocopy of the old code certificate and IC card must be returned;
2. If the name of an enterprise changes, a copy of the Notice of Approval of Enterprise Name (A4 format) issued by the administrative department for industry and commerce shall be provided.
3. If the code certificate is lost, the unit shall issue a "lost certificate" and affix its official seal.
(3) Cancel:
