Qingdao Rongjun Card Preferential Policy
With the "Rongjun Card", you can take public transport (including bus, tram and rail transit) in the city for free; Free visit to parks and other government-priced places (excluding other consumption items).

"Disabled witnesses" shall be managed by real-name system, and shall not be lent, sold or forged. When using the "Invalides Card" to take public transport in the city for free, you should take the initiative to show your credit card and accept the inspection of the staff. Persons who have obtained free or half-price Qindao Pass cards such as "Old Age Card", "Special Care Card", "Disability Card" and "Blood Donation Honor Card" and meet the requirements for handling the "Invalides Card" may voluntarily apply for handling the "Invalides Card", and the original card will be deactivated (the personal recharge balance of the original card will be refunded).
Activation time
Disabled Card is enabled. The "Rongjun Card" has been officially put into use since March, 20265438 1 day, and its use shall comply with the relevant regulations of Qindao Tonghang Card and Bank Card.
processing method
① Centralized handling (202 1 Feb1Feb 28, except legal holidays)
Persons who meet the requirements for handling the Invalides Certificate carry their ID cards to the town (street or village) where the household registration is located, sign the power of attorney for centralized handling, and the town (street or village) veterans service station is responsible for unified distribution. Retired military cadres and retired noncommissioned officers bring their ID cards to their military service organs for centralized handling.
② Personal treatment (long-term)
After the centralized processing stage is over, those who meet the requirements for handling the "Invalides Certificate" (including demobilized cadres and ex-soldiers in that year) will go to the business outlets of the "Invalides Certificate" cooperative banks with their ID cards after completing the information collection and examination and approval. The card replacement procedure is the same as the personal card replacement procedure.
