(5) If the bid amount is more than 5 million yuan, 0.2% will be charged.

Grassroots legal service offices shall, within the proportion of the above-mentioned target amount, negotiate with the clients to determine the specific charging standards. The minimum fee for each legal service fee is 500 yuan, and the maximum fee shall not exceed 80,000 yuan;

3, the implementation of government guidance price of grassroots legal service institutions shall not implement risk agency fees;

4. Grass-roots legal service agencies can sign a separate entrustment service agreement with the client to clarify the items and contents of difficult and complicated legal affairs. The charging standard can be determined by both parties through consultation on the basis of the government-guided price.
