Step one:

Take all the originals and copies of licenses, copies and originals of ID cards of legal persons and shareholders, and carry official seals, so as not to run away in vain.

Then all copies are stamped with the official seal, and written "This copy is consistent with the original", and then signed and dated, and each page is not allowed to be unsealed or changed.

There is also a copy of the original resolution, a copy of the original lease contract, a contract for which stamp duty has to be paid, and the original and copy of the lease invoice and a copy of the real estate license.

Step two:

Bring the originals and photocopies of all licenses, the photocopies and originals of the ID cards of legal persons and shareholders, and the official seal, financial seal and name seal, as well as the previous set. When you go to the bank, you need a legal person to sign a power of attorney, and you can mail it back to the bank after signing it.
