The new project is the key project newly started by the Group in X year. Smooth progress in the renovation of dilapidated houses in rural areas. At the beginning of June, the functions of the renovation of rural dilapidated buildings in the whole region were officially transferred from the District Civil Affairs Bureau to our bureau. After full investigation, this year's 100 rural dilapidated buildings were assigned as follows: Heping Township: 2 households; Wuhu Township: 18 households; Dongyang Du Town: 58 households; Chashan 'ao Town: 13 households; Jinjialing Farm: 1 household; Hengzhou Road Street: 10 households. 100 households, including 4 households with five guarantees, 26 households with low-income guarantees and 4 households with poor disabled people. At present, residents have reported to the local government the problems that need to be maintained, such as broken roads, blocked sewers and missing manhole covers, and asked the government to solve them. However, the main body of ownership in this area belongs to the railway department, and the management and maintenance of municipal facilities are the responsibility of the local government, and the ownership and responsibilities are not unified. And in the process of upgrading the nursery area, residents do not understand and cooperate from time to time. In order to solve this chaotic situation and optimize the living environment in an all-round way, it is suggested that the functions of urban management and sanitation in nursery areas should be handed over to local governments as soon as possible, and the management system should be straightened out to completely change the present situation in nursery areas.
2. Problems in the construction and management of drainage facilities. In recent years, there are many problems of sewer blockage and siltation due to imperfect drainage facilities. In the renovation and maintenance, due to inadequate supervision and developers' insufficient attention to the construction of supporting facilities, the drainage facilities of some development projects are not perfect in function, which is not in harmony with the surrounding drainage system, and it is easy to cause sewer blockage, which brings inconvenience to residents' lives. Originally, the problem should be solved by the developer, but because some projects have been long, the developer can't find them, or they have found them, so the people have to find the local government to solve them, which makes our work more difficult. Therefore, we suggest whether the urban government can play its role in the development and construction of urban construction projects. It is stipulated that the District Housing and Construction Bureau will assist the Municipal Housing and Construction Bureau and the Municipal Planning Bureau in the management of drainage facilities for all construction projects developed in Zhuhui District.
