According to Yunnan local treasure, the on-site qualification examination and interview work was organized and implemented by the Jianshui County Education Bureau and the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau under the leadership of the national special post leading group. The national leading group for special posts is responsible for the leadership, guidance and supervision of the interview work, and accepts the consultation, complaint and report related to the interview. Interview judges are produced among senior teachers, academic leaders and backbone teachers in primary and secondary schools, with 5 people in each interview group. The interview was held in Jianshui No.6 Middle School on June 24th, 2023.
