Candidates who cannot apply for the exam:

Civil servants, staff members of institutions (units) managed according to the Civil Service Law, active servicemen, and non-2022 fresh graduates studying in ordinary colleges and universities cannot apply for the exam. Undergraduates and postgraduates who have not graduated in 2022 who are studying full-time in ordinary colleges and universities cannot apply for their original academic qualifications and degree certificates.

Persons who have received criminal punishment for crimes, those who have been expelled from China * * * Party membership, those who have been expelled from public office, those who have been listed as joint disciplinary targets for dishonesty according to law, and those who are not allowed to be employed as civil servants according to law are not allowed to enter the examination.

If a village cadre is punished during his tenure as a member of the village "two committees" or above, or is responsible for major accidents in the village during his tenure, he shall not apply for the position of recruiting outstanding village cadres.

Candidates are not allowed to apply for positions that constitute the circumstances listed in the first paragraph of Article 74 of the Civil Service Law after employment, nor are they allowed to apply for positions of employers with husband and wife, lineal blood relatives, collateral blood relatives within three generations, and close in-laws as leading members.

In the recruitment of civil servants in our province in 2020 and 2002/kloc-0, if the hired personnel give up or fail to report within the time limit without justifiable reasons, they shall not apply for civil servants in our province within 2 years.
