From June 1 day, 2006, the new reimbursement voucher will be used for the electronic ticket of China Southern Airlines. Passengers who purchase domestic e-tickets through the website of China Southern Airlines shall apply for reimbursement in the following ways:
1. You can get the travel travel itinerary (reimbursement voucher) at the e-commerce counter of China Southern Airlines at the local airport on the flight day;
2. If you can't get the reimbursement voucher at the airport under special circumstances, please call extension (8620)95539. 4. Within one month after the flight takes off, send the reimbursement voucher to the passengers by registered mail. Late applications will not be accepted.
