Interview registration lottery:

1. Waiting for the Test
After the lottery is completed, applicants need to enter the waiting area to wait. The waiting area is a relatively closed area where candidates can read materials, rest, etc. The waiting area is usually equipped with toilets, drinking water facilities and other convenient facilities to meet the needs of candidates. While waiting for the exam, candidates are required to remain quiet and not talk to other candidates.
2. Answer questions
After entering the interview room, the applicant needs to greet the examiner and sit down as required. After the rules are read out, the examiner will start asking questions. Interviews usually take the form of structured interviews, leaderless group discussions, etc.
Structured interview means that the interview questions and scoring criteria have been standardized and designed in advance. During the interview process, the examiner evaluates the candidates according to the established procedures and scoring criteria. Leaderless group discussion refers to dividing the candidates into several groups and conducting discussions without a leader. The examiner evaluates the candidates by observing their comprehensive qualities such as communication and collaboration ability and problem analysis ability.
