2. Xingtai Vocational and Technical College is a provincial full-time ordinary college and one of the national model higher vocational colleges. The College is located in Xingtai City, the ancient capital of the Five Dynasties and a national garden city. It was founded in 1979, and was formerly known as the Military Industry Institute of the People's Liberation Army of China.
