Huanggang Chibi Experimental Kindergarten is a public kindergarten. Huanggang Experimental Kindergarten in Hubei Province was founded on 1953. It is the first batch of public kindergartens directly under Huanggang City that won the provincial demonstration park. It is a model kindergarten with the longest history, the largest scale, beautiful environment, strong teachers and leading education quality in eastern Hubei.

Huanggang Dongpo Chibi is located in the west of Huangzhou, Hubei Province, also known as Wenchibi. Out of Hanchuanmen, the ancient city of Huangzhou, a mountain in the north is as steep as a city wall, named Chibi because of its reddish color.
