There are two kinds of work visas for Irish non-EU citizens, which are slightly different from green cards and work permits.
Green cards are for applicants whose work contracts have exceeded two years. Applicants are required to have an annual salary of more than 60,000 euros, or a salary of between 30,000 euros and 59,999 euros, but from a specific industry. The list of industries includes
-Information engineering (IT, programmers, testers, etc. )
-Medical care (health care)
-Industry (mainly engineers, including electronics, software, chemistry, design, network, quality management, etc. )
-Education and science (education, health care, industry, including research institutes, natural scientists, chemists, biologists, physicists, etc.). )
-Finance (finance, certified public accountants, actuaries, consultants, business analysts, tax experts, legal experts, etc.). )
The work permit is applicable to applicants who hold short-term work contracts or whose salary does not reach 30,000 euros. Such applicants can apply for work permits, as long as their jobs are not listed below:
Office assistants and administrative staff
-Workers
-Production line operator
Marseille rider
-Sales staff
-Driver
-Child care
-Hotel staff other than chefs
-Handicraft practitioners such as electricians and carpenters.
If the salary of China people in Ireland reaches the standard, they prefer the green card of the former, and the industries involved are relatively easy to stay.
In addition, for accounting, the requirement of green card is to obtain the qualification of certified public accountant (ACCA, CIMA or ACA). During the qualification examination after graduation (usually three to four years), graduates of related majors can sign and seal 1A (allowing them to work and participate in vocational training at the same time) when they have a training contract.
