Matters needing attention in applying for 2020 Hainan tax accountant certificate:
(1) Electronic certificates have the same legal effect as paper certificates and can replace paper certificates (No.[20 19]27 issued by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security).
E-Cert is provided by Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security Personnel Testing Center. Candidates can log on to China Personnel Examination Network (/) and click "Qualification Certificate" to inquire and download. Paper certificates are issued later than electronic certificates, and will be mailed uniformly by the examination office (postage will be charged separately).
(2) Candidates must accurately fill in the mailing address, recipient and contact number of the paper certificate. If the mailing address is unknown or incorrect, you will be responsible for the failure of mailing the certificate. The mailing area of the certificate is limited to Chinese mainland, and the certificate of Hong Kong candidates is issued by Shenzhen Certified Tax Agents Association.
(three) the previous year has not yet applied for a certificate, with this year's certificate according to the above process; Paper certificates not received shall be kept by the examination office for 5 years. Certificates that have not been received for more than 5 years will be handed over to Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security for cancellation in accordance with relevant regulations.
2020 Hainan tax agent certificate application steps:
1, enter the user name and+password/or mobile phone number+verification code to log in to the account;
2. After successful login, select the certificate center in the display interface;
3. Find information options in the certificate center, and view personal basic information, photos, etc.
4. Confirm the certificate application instructions.
5. After checking the information, click Certificate Application to confirm the relevant information of certificate application.
