Disability allowance

Persons with disabilities who hold jiande city household registration and People's Republic of China (PRC) Disabled Persons' Card and meet one of the following conditions can apply for the minimum living guarantee (severe disability allowance) as the head of the household:

In the first category, the disability level is above Grade II (including Grade II), and the per capita annual income of the family is lower than the urban or rural minimum living standard of our city.

The second category refers to the certified severely disabled persons whose disability level is above Grade II (including Grade II) and whose per capita annual income is between 1- 1.5 times of the urban and rural minimum living standard of our city.

The third category refers to the unmarried, divorced and widowed adult severely disabled persons whose disability level is above Grade II (including Grade II), and their per capita annual income is above 65,438+0.5 times of the urban and rural minimum living standard in our city, but their income is lower than the urban and rural minimum living standard in our city.
