With the rapid development of capital city construction, especially the implementation of the "Olympic Project", Beijing is changing with each passing day. Tall buildings have sprung up, and many residents in the old city have moved into new buildings. Demolition has brought new problems to postal delivery. In the old town of Xuanwu District, where Han Wei was delivered, users have two characteristics: one is that there are many bungalows and large courtyards, and the other is that there are many houses to be demolished. Because many users did not inform the sender of the change of address in time after the demolition, some forgot to transfer the newspapers and periodicals they ordered, which made it difficult for some newspapers and magazines to be delivered. Han Wei regards it as his "duty" to post every letter for users, and never returns it easily. Taking advantage of his familiarity with geography, he used his spare time after work and rest days to visit neighborhood committees, police stations and residents. Sometimes he had to find more than a dozen neighborhood committees and hundreds of residents for a letter. He asked from door to door on the road section, searched for the trace of the relocation, and asked those who had not yet moved to leave their phone numbers or new addresses to be moved, and established the "Registration Book of Relocation Users". At the time of delivery, when a user wants to move, he takes the initiative to ask people where they have moved, and then records it in the register. In the future, when he meets this user's email, he will forward it according to the registered address. At the beginning of 2004, he came across an email from abroad, and the translated address was "7-40 1". However, there are three districts of Yongnei East Street, Dongli, Zhongli and Xili, and there are more than a dozen buildings with the word "7". I don't know which district this printed matter is in. This is obviously a "blind letter" with unknown address. However, the thought that the recipient might be anxiously waiting for this letter from the other side of the ocean, so he stayed home after work for three days, climbed four floors of more than a dozen units in several communities, inquired from door to door, and finally found the recipient in Yongnei East Street Middle School. When Han Wei handed the mail to the foreign college student who rented a house in Beijing with great sweat, he jumped up happily, saying that the email was the application form and related materials of a foreign university he missed so much. Looking at his childlike smiling face, Han Wei was filled with joy for helping him realize his dream of studying abroad.
On this ordinary but uneven postal route in the south of Beijing, Han Wei carefully experienced the constant changes of users' needs, kept the users' warm and cold moments in mind, and poured his true feelings and love into every user who needed his help. One morning, Han Wei delivered a letter for a family in a hospital in Luchang Street. He was just about to put the letter in the public mailbox, but it was sent by the detention center, which was a notice for family members to visit and send money and clothes. His heart moved, and the recipient of this kind of thing must be afraid to let others know. As a courier, we must respect the privacy of others. Han Wei delivered the letter directly to the recipient. In the afternoon, the recipient came to the delivery department of Yong 'an Road and told the director of the delivery department with mixed feelings that his son was detained, and he was afraid that the elderly people in the neighborhood and at home would know that he had always said that the child was on a business trip. I heard that I was going to send a visiting notice to my home, and I was stuck at the gate of the hospital for several days. I didn't expect the postman to be so careful that he thought of us. After this letter, Han Wei will take the initiative to send it upstairs. His thoughtfulness moved the family very much, and the young man specially asked his mother to tell Han Wei that he would accept the reform and turn over a new leaf to be a good person. Sending a letter may be nothing to the courier, but the key is to learn to put yourself in the other's shoes and think more about the users, so that they can feel convenient, warm and harmonious in the service. Only in this way can we be worthy of this profession and the glorious title of party member. Han Wei thought so and did so. There are many migrant workers living in Tianqiao area. In order to facilitate their use of postal services, Han Wei has brought a "mobile post office" with him. Stamps, envelopes and parcels are readily available, and maps and train timetables carried with them are convenient for migrant workers to find at any time. Once, the small Sichuan boss of Chongqing Yuanlin Restaurant on the road met with troubles. His father in his hometown suffered from asthma and urgently needed to buy an imported medicine to relieve it. He asked several pharmacies and said no. Han Wei said after listening: "You don't have to worry, I am familiar with the Beijing pharmacy, I will buy it for you." After two days' rest, he traveled all over the city's pharmacies. Han Wei finally bought the medicine for the users and sent it back to his hometown. A few days later, the good news came that the old man's illness was under control and his life was saved. The little boss said excitedly, "Thank you so much. You saved the lives of relatives in your hometown.". In recent years, Han Wei has provided more than 100 postal "emergency" services for migrant workers.
1August 28th, 998, he became a * * * party member, and his requirements for himself were stricter and higher. So, he made a business card designed by himself at his own expense, on which were printed the characters "Han Wei, party member * *", and two small lines were written below: "Hello, user, I'm a courier. If you have any questions or things about my work, please call ...", which included not only the company's mobile phone number, but also his home phone number, and he gave it to every user on the road. He said, "The purpose of doing this is to let users supervise my work, and always remind me that as a party member native of * * *, I should do my best to serve the people, embody the advanced nature of the * * * party members with my words and deeds, and let users feel that they are living in the sunshine of the party and in a harmonious socialist family." Some people were very moved when they saw his business card, saying that they had never seen the title on the business card "Made in party member". Later, this business card became a bridge between Han Wei and users. Some users asked him to send parcels, send letters or buy stamps, while others simply asked him to help rent a frontispiece room and do flower business. Not only that, he also hung up a "postal convenience box" on the delivery section. Users can subscribe to newspapers, buy magazines, send registered letters and do postal services. As long as they write a note and put it in, he will immediately come to the door to serve. In order to save users from running around, in addition to handling postal services, the chores of "buying rice and flour on behalf of individual needy households" have also become his duty. After joining the Party, Han Wei has always taken "caring for users and serving thousands" as his own responsibility, playing the role of a * * * party member in ordinary delivery posts. According to my years of delivery experience, I summed up a set of delivery work methods of "three hearts, four more and four arrivals", in which three hearts are sincerity, patience and care; Four more is to learn more, ask more, think more and listen more; Fourth, newspapers and periodicals are properly delivered; Looking for blind faith and true feelings; Special service for the elderly, the sick and the disabled; User needs arrive at any time. It is with this simple feeling and enthusiastic service that Han Wei strives to pursue and practice his loyalty and promise to the Party.
