Everbright Cloud Payment is an online payment platform initiated by Everbright Bank, which mainly supports payment services such as water, electricity and property fees.

The difference is that Henan taxation is based on the tax obligation stipulated in the national tax law and is managed by the tax department, while Everbright Cloud Payment is a payment service provided by banks and a commercial service of banks.

Although Henan Taxation can use online payment in the payment process, the payment methods are limited, and only online banking and UnionPay are supported, while Everbright Cloud Payment supports various payment methods, including WeChat payment and Alipay payment.
