According to the results of the special inspection of construction electricity consumption carried out by you and me on October 7th and 8th, 65438/KLOC-0, and the relevant requirements of standardization construction of safety and quality environment, our department recently launched a special rectification activity for temporary construction electricity consumption. This special rectification activity is led by HSE of our department, fully implemented by the power team, and actively participated by all construction teams. The existing problems were systematically analyzed and thoroughly rectified, and various improvement measures were formulated, which effectively avoided the recurrence of similar problems.
2. Existing related problems
1) Dust accumulates in the distribution box N223.
The distribution box in the container area does not measure the grounding resistance.
The number and information of the electrical box in the 0-meter-high room of the AC plant are ambiguous.
2) Cable N223 cable binding tape is damaged.
The wiring of N224 cable is disordered.

3. Measures have been taken.
1) About temporary distribution box
① The power team shall thoroughly clean all distribution boxes inside and outside the site, and require the power team to thoroughly clean the distribution boxes on site once a week, and fill in relevant records, and HSE personnel shall supervise them.
② Test the grounding resistance of the electrical box in the container area. The power team has been required to regularly test the grounding resistance of the distribution box and report the test data to the HSE management office for the record.
(3) Conduct a comprehensive inspection of all distribution box numbers, responsibility information and test records, and replace them in time if they do not meet the requirements. At the same time, the electrician on duty in the power team is required to take this work as a necessary item for daily inspection.
2) About cables
① N223 cable has been repackaged, and all cables on site have been investigated, and the problems found have been rectified in time.
(2) All construction teams are required to lay temporary power lines in a unified and standardized way, and hook, binding belt and cover plate shall be used for uniform crossing. It is forbidden to use power cord winding.
③ Each team has been asked to repair the damaged power cord and missing plug in time. In the future, HSE personnel will confiscate and impose a fine on the damage found.
④ The disorderly wiring of temporary cables in the distribution box is unified and standardized, and the power team is required to lay the cables as required in the subsequent cable laying.
3) Lighting
(1) Rectify the lighting lamps that do not meet the installation height requirements, and some areas restricted by the site require the electric power team to protect the lamps accordingly.
(2) The electrician on duty in the power team has been asked to strengthen the daily inspection, and the damaged lamps should be replaced in time.
③ All explosion-proof places have used explosion-proof lamps, and switches have been installed outdoors.
4) Power consumption of machines and tools
① Each team has been asked to repair the damaged power cord and missing plug in time. In the future, HSE personnel will confiscate and fine any damaged equipment.
② All electric tools on site have been self-checked, the plugs are unprotected and the connecting wires are damaged. At the same time, the person in charge of the use is required to conduct self-inspection before use every day, and repair it in time when problems are found. What's wrong with you? During the operation, HSE personnel will strengthen supervision and punishment.

4. The water-stop steel plate of the external wall will be cut and welded for reinforcement.

5. The threshold of civil air defense activities should be set with steel dowel, hole reinforcement and horizontal reinforcement according to regulations, and the position of inclined reinforcement of civil air defense tunnel should be adjusted to the corner of the doorway. A group of people from the Jinwangsi Reservoir Project Construction Command attached great importance to it, carefully combed the opinions, suggestions and requirements of the leaders of the ministries and agencies and the Municipal Bureau, and implemented the rectification in time.
First, pay equal attention to safety and quality, and comprehensively optimize and refine the construction period.
In order to further comprehensively optimize and refine the layout of the construction period, the project department called the heads of the project technology department, the project management department, the quality inspection department, the security department, the ministry of materials and equipment and various departments for serious consultation and study. This paper analyzes the actual situation of temporary power consumption, border safety protection, civilized construction on site, lax management of project department, incomplete data management, and lagging project promotion. In the implementation stage of rectification, our project department strictly abides by the relevant specifications of China Southern Power Grid and the rules, regulations and requirements of Wenshan Power Supply Bureau of Yunnan Power Grid, and takes measures that I think are feasible to do all the work well.
(1) Pay special attention to the safety and civilized measures and safety and civilized construction work at the engineering construction site.
A, in strict accordance with the requirements of the site construction temporary electricity safety technical specifications, the implementation of three-phase five-wire system and three-level distribution box just one brake measures. In order to strengthen safety protection measures, double scaffolding is erected around the retaining wall as a safety fence, and a safety net is hung. Add safety warning signs and warning lines on the construction site, without missing any dangerous points, and take corresponding protective measures for each dangerous point to ensure zero accidents in the project. Second, strengthen the civilized operation measures at the site, set up the temporary office of the installer at the construction site, arrange more than two people to stay at the construction site, ensure that they are on duty 24 hours a day, and do a good job in construction safety. Set up a construction shed at the construction site to realize localized regional management and centralized stacking of materials. Set up temporary cement warehouse, steel bar stacking area, sand and gravel stacking area, and set up corresponding signs.
(2) Strengthen the quality control of engineering construction, and carry out construction in strict accordance with the requirements of engineering construction specifications and design drawings. Add a concrete mixer and measure it strictly according to the experimental ratio of mortar to ensure the strength and stability of mortar. Raw materials entering the construction site should be strictly in accordance with the material acceptance process. Unqualified materials used after acceptance sampling inspection are never allowed to enter the construction site, and material acceptance signs are set up to control the project quality from the source of materials. Strict design and construction requirements, control of construction technology, retaining wall masonry using layered masonry grouting filling. Concrete construction: the commercial concrete from the same reliable manufacturer should be preferred, because the raw materials from the same reliable manufacturer have stable performance, complete experimental facilities, and the supply, transportation and pouring capacity of concrete are guaranteed accordingly. When mixing on site, the mixing equipment must meet the construction requirements, and the material source is stable and reliable. The warehouse where cement is stored on site shall be waterproof, mud-proof and moisture-proof. When pouring concrete, it should be vibrated in strict accordance with the specification requirements. It is forbidden to use vibrators to contact the formwork, and special personnel should be assigned to knock the formwork on the outside or bottom side of the formwork properly to eliminate bubbles in the concrete. And in strict accordance with the requirements of concrete curing in place, to ensure the strength of concrete and ensure the appearance specification requirements of the construction quality acceptance requirements of South Power Grid.
(3) Measures to control the progress of the project; In view of the lag of the current construction period, the general construction schedule is re-compiled, the follow-up work arrangements are arranged reasonably, and the investment of manpower, material resources and financial resources is increased to ensure that the project is successfully completed and delivered to the construction unit as scheduled.
Third, the current problems.
Although our project department has made great achievements in the implementation stage of rectification through this shutdown, there are still some problems and deficiencies. First, the project underestimated the construction difficulty, and the stone excavation in the station area exceeded expectations, and it was too late to level the construction site in the early stage. Second, the overall construction arrangement on site is not comprehensive enough, and the construction work surface is not fully launched.
Fourth, the next step of work arrangements
Next, we will strengthen project management according to the requirements of Wenshan Power Supply Infrastructure Project Department. Rationally optimize the overall layout of construction and fully develop the working face. At present, the construction of retaining wall and main control building is under way. The fence in the station area and the equipment foundation in the station are planned to be fully started this month 18. Strive to complete 60% of the contract works by the end of this month. At present, there are 20 construction workers in the 35kV substation project, and 40 people will be put into simultaneous construction in 20 days.
After this rectification, the Infrastructure Section of Wenshan Power Supply Bureau, the relevant leaders of Wenshan Power Supply Bureau and the leaders of Qiubei County authorities gave guidance to the 35kV Badaoshao Substation Project in Qiubei County, which made my project realize its own shortcomings.
