The health code is a symbol of residents' medical and health services promoted and implemented by the state, which has gathered data such as residents' electronic health records, inpatient and outpatient records, and drug purchase records. On the basis of the health code, the Provincial Digital Office conducts docking verification with the information database of people entering Fujian, the national database of confirmed and suspected cases, the national database of close contacts, and the basic databases related to health, medical insurance and public security in our province through the Minzhengtong APP, and generates the "Eight Fujian Health Code" in real time.

Where is the data provided?

The identity authentication of "Bamin Health Code" is provided by Fujian social user real-name authentication and authorization platform.

This platform is a unified authentication platform for the identification of natural persons, legal persons, Hong Kong, Macao and overseas Chinese in Fujian Province, and is the official node of the national unified authentication system in Fujian Province. It has been connected with the authentication service capabilities of official authentication platforms such as the national government service platform, the National Immigration Bureau's entry-exit certificate authentication service platform, the CTID platform of the first research institute of the Ministry of Public Security, the eID platform of the third research institute of the Ministry of Public Security and the population database of the Fujian Provincial Public Security Department to ensure data security and credibility. When users use it for the first time, they need to pass the user name password, SMS verification, name ID verification and real-time portrait comparison to reach the fourth level of security certification, and then they can generate the "Bamin Health Code" at any time.
