For industrial and commercial households with human bodies, taxpayers shall go to the tax service hall of the competent tax authorities, fill in the tax registration form in duplicate as required, affix their official seals or signatures, and attach relevant materials;

1. Original and photocopy of business license;

2. Original and photocopy of the bank account number of the special tax account;

3. The original and photocopy of the property right certificate or house lease contract of the business place;

4. The original and photocopy of the resident identity card of the operator;

5. Other materials required by the tax authorities.
