Article 15 Physical examination requirements: According to the Guiding Opinions on Physical Examination for Enrollment of Ordinary Colleges and Universities formulated by the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Health and the China Disabled Persons' Federation. To apply for a foreign language major, it is required that the pronunciation and hearing organs are disease-free; Applying for radio and television director requires normal hearing, no color blindness, weak color and night blindness; Broadcasting and hosting requires normal hearing, no color blindness, weak color, night blindness, no diseases in pronunciation, hearing and breathing, no obvious asymmetry in the left and right faces after taking pictures, and no strabismus in the left and right eyes; Candidates who apply for teachers' majors (preschool education and primary education) should also refer to the physical examination standards for the qualification of teachers in relevant provinces. If their health does not meet the relevant requirements, it is recommended to carefully consider whether to apply for normal majors.
Article 16 Foreign language requirements: English, translation, business English and business English (Sino-Australian cooperation in running schools) must be English language candidates, and other professional languages are not limited.
Article 17? Oral test requirements: candidates who apply for foreign language majors must take and pass the foreign language oral test organized by the local provincial recruitment agency (except the province where the candidates are located).

Article 19 Schools shall, in accordance with the national enrollment policy and the principle of educational equity, make overall consideration of the number, quality, personnel training and employment of graduates from the enrollment provinces, and work out enrollment plans by provinces and majors in 2022 in combination with their own school-running conditions. The enrollment plan is subject to the information reviewed by Chongqing Municipal Education Commission, issued by the Ministry of Education and announced by the provincial recruitment offices. According to the relevant policies of the Ministry of Education, 35 undergraduate enrollment plans are reserved, which are mainly used to adjust the imbalance of online students.
Article 20? There are 54 undergraduate enrollment majors in the school, including four categories of enrollment 10 majors. After students enter school, they are trained according to major categories and diverted according to the school's major category diversion plan. The joint bachelor's degree program of "French+Law" approved by Chongqing Academic Degrees Committee (Chongqing Academic Degree Letter [2021] No.5) is a joint undergraduate degree program jointly organized by our university and Southwest University of Political Science and Law. The enrollment school is Sichuan International Studies University. After completing the credits required by the talent training program and reaching the bachelor's degree requirements of the two universities, students can obtain a bachelor's degree certificate in French from Sichuan International Studies University, a bachelor's degree in literature from Sichuan International Studies University and a bachelor's degree in law from Southwest University of Political Science and Law. The provinces and batches that implement "parallel volunteer" shall be implemented according to the provisions of the local provincial admissions department. According to the spirit of relevant documents recruited by the Ministry of Education and the provinces, Russian, German, French, French+Law, Japanese, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, Hungarian, Czech, Arabic, Korean, Vietnamese, Thai, Turkish and Malay majors in our school are enrolled in batches in advance, in Yunnan, Heilongjiang and Jilin, and in Qinghai. If there is no sorting rule for the same score in this batch, the scores of related subjects will be compared (foreign language and Chinese scores will be compared in turn for majors of literature, law, education and art, and mathematics and foreign language scores will be compared in turn for majors of economic management). Candidates who cannot meet the reported professional volunteers but obey the professional adjustment will be transferred to the vacant major; Candidates who do not meet the reported professional volunteers and do not obey the professional adjustment will be dismissed.
Article 26? There is no limit to the proportion of male and female students in each major.
Article 27? Shanghai, Zhejiang, Beijing, Tianjin, Shandong, Hainan, Chongqing, Hebei, Liaoning, Jiangsu, Fujian, Hubei, Hunan and Guangdong implement the new college entrance examination policy, and the selected subjects must meet the requirements of the school.
Article 28? Admission principle of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region: the enrollment plan is 1: 1, and admission is voluntary by major. Xinjiang class enrollment is implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of the state and Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region.
Article 29? In principle, Chinese-foreign cooperatively-run schools only admit candidates who fill in their professional volunteers, and they cannot change their majors after admission.
Article 30? Art majors (radio and television director, broadcast and host) take the results of local unified examination or joint examination as the professional achievement standard.
Article 31? Admission principle for art majors: Candidates applying for art majors must reach the control score line (including policy points) in the province where the college entrance examination is located, and pass the unified or joint professional examination. The provinces that file in parallel volunteer are admitted from high score to low score according to the candidates' file scores; In the provinces that file in a voluntary order, candidates are admitted from high to low according to their comprehensive scores. Comprehensive scores are calculated according to the percentile weight of cultural scores (including policy bonus points) accounting for 40% and professional scores accounting for 60%, from high to low, and with reference to foreign language and Chinese scores, the best candidates are selected. Candidates majoring in art cannot be transferred to non-art majors after admission. Comprehensive score = cultural score/total score of cultural score ×40+ score of unified or joint exam/total score of unified or joint exam ×60.

Chapter seven? charging standards
Article 33? Tuition, accommodation and other charging standards are strictly in accordance with the price approved by the competent price department of Chongqing Municipality for the record. The charging standards of each major are published in the admission notice of the school and undergraduate enrollment. Full-time undergraduates are charged by the credit system, and the collection and settlement of tuition fees are carried out in accordance with the Scheme for Full-time Undergraduates of Sichuan International Studies University to Trial Charge by the Credit System. If you drop out of school or finish your studies early for some reason, the school will refund the remaining tuition and accommodation fees on a monthly basis according to the actual study time and accommodation time of the students.
Chapter eight? Reward diligence and help loans.

Students can apply for national scholarship (8,000 yuan/year), national inspirational scholarship (5,000 yuan/year), national grant (3,300 yuan/year on average) and outstanding student scholarship (first class 1500 yuan/year; Second class 1000 yuan/year; Third-class 600 yuan/year) and alumni scholarship. The enrollment registration of freshmen shall be implemented in accordance with the Regulations on the Administration of Students in Colleges and Universities and the Regulations on the Administration of Students in Sichuan International Studies University. Freshmen should go to school for admission within the time limit stipulated by the school. Those who can't get to school on time for some reason should ask for leave from the school for no more than two weeks. Those who fail to ask for leave or ask for leave for two weeks after the deadline are deemed to have given up their admission qualification automatically. After entering the school, the school will review the health and qualifications of new students.
