1. Open the official website of Hunan Electronic Taxation Bureau in State Taxation Administration of The People's Republic of China, People's Republic of China (PRC), and click on the upper right corner to log in.

2. In the login interface that pops up, select natural person business and click User Registration.

3. Enter the account registration, select the registration mode interface, check I have read and agreed, and then click the Next button.

4. Enter the resident identity information interface, enter the name, certificate type and certificate number as required, and click Next.

5. Enter the interface for filling in the basic information of account registration, set the password as required, enter the mobile phone number, click Get Verification Code, and enter the received verification code.
