3. The public security organ at the place of emigration shall complete the information verification within 5 working days after receiving the information to be emigrated, contact the applicant to verify the specific situation of account migration, confirm the formalities for emigration in registered permanent residence, and inform the public security organ at the place of emigration.

4. The public security organ of the place of immigration shall complete the verification within 5 working days after receiving the information of emigration, and notify the applicant to go through the formalities of settlement after verification.
