The following are the regulations of Wuhan Entry-Exit Administration on business visas, hoping to help you.
Business class:
(1) The company is sent to Hong Kong or Macao for business. "Units" refer to enterprises and their branches registered with the State Administration for Industry and Commerce with independent legal personality, or units registered with the State tax authorities with the nature of production and operation, as well as the resident representative offices of overseas enterprises in the Mainland. Individual industrial and commercial households may apply to do business in Hong Kong or Macao.
(2) To apply for multiple business endorsements for 3 months or 1 year, the subordinate unit must go to the Exit-Entry Administration Office of the Municipal Public Security Bureau for registration in advance (for specific methods and examination and approval conditions, please refer to the Instructions for Enterprises to Apply for Business Visa Registration in Hong Kong and Macao).
(3) The personnel sent by the unit to Hong Kong and Macao for business and registered for the record shall submit the registration certificate and dispatch letter; The unit personnel who have not registered for the record shall submit a copy of the annual industrial and commercial business license or the original of the relevant registration certificate, tax registration certificate and social insurance certificate, and submit a copy and a letter of dispatch.
(4) When applying for doing business in Hong Kong or Macao, individual industrial and commercial households shall submit a copy of the annual business license and the original tax registration certificate, and submit a copy.
(5) The temporary population of other provinces and cities who have been employed by enterprises in our city and have lived continuously for more than 1 year shall submit the temporary residence permit issued by the public security organ and a copy.
(6) Personnel of units that have gone through registration and filing can issue endorsements once every three months, multiple endorsements every three months and multiple endorsements every 1 year, and each stay in Hong Kong or Macao will not exceed 7 days; Units and individual industrial and commercial households that have not registered for the record shall issue endorsements every three months and stay in Hong Kong or Macao for no more than seven days.
