I. Procedures for Change of Business License Address of Individual Industrial and Commercial Households

(1) First, bring the original and photocopy of the old tax registration certificate and return it to the tax authorities. After the business license is changed, the tax registration certificate shall be changed within 30 days.

Bring the resolution of the company's shareholders' meeting (the resolution to change the business address), the revised articles of association, the corporate ID card, the power of attorney, the ID card of the entrusted agent, the address certificate of the new company and the house lease contract to the Industrial and Commercial Bureau to apply for change. After the change is passed, you will be given a change registration form, a very thin page. Keep it well! If you accidentally lose it, you can apply to the industrial and commercial bureau for a new change registration form.

2. Go to the Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision (or service hall) to change the organization code certificate with the original and photocopy of the change registration, the original and photocopy of the code certificate, the original and photocopy of the newly issued business license, the original and photocopy of the legal person ID card and the ID card of the agent, and the official seal.

You need to fill in the form issued by the industrial and commercial office (all changes are filled in the form) and affix the official seal. When you go to the industrial and commercial office for the second time, you should bring the original, copy and form of the business license to pay the fee and handling fee (deducted from the bank card), and the industrial and commercial office will inform you when to get a new business license. If the change of business license refers to the change of tax registration certificate, after obtaining a new business license, you should go to the tax office with the new business license to handle the change of tax registration certificate.
