1. Company business license, organization code certificate and tax registration certificate;

2. The employment documents, identity certificates and professional qualification registration certificates of the organization and legal representative of the company.

Article 7 of the Company Law of People's Republic of China (PRC)

A company established according to law shall be issued a business license by the company registration authority.

The date of issuance of the business license of the company is the date of establishment of the company.

The company's business license shall specify the company's name, domicile, registered capital, business scope, name of legal representative, etc.

Where the matters recorded in the company's business license change, the company shall register the change according to law, and the company registration authority shall issue a new business license.

Article 25 of the Regulations of the People's Republic of China on the Administration of Company Registration

For companies established according to law, the Company Registration Authority shall issue the Business License of Enterprise as a Legal Person;

The date of issuance of the company's business license is the date of establishment of the company;

With the Business License of Enterprise as a Legal Person issued by the company registration authority, the company seals, opens a bank account and applies for tax registration.
