If you can't answer on the spot, you should give a reply within 15 working days from the date of receiving the application; If it is necessary to extend the reply, it shall be approved by the person in charge of the government information disclosure organ, and inform the applicant that the time limit for extending the reply shall not exceed 15 working days.
