3. Fill in the "Nanjing Foreign Enterprise Tax Registration CertificateNo." Nanjing Foreign Enterprise Tax Registration Certificate 15 according to the number (if it is not available, it is unnecessary).

4. "Qualification certificate number" should be filled in according to the certificate number of enterprise qualification certificate, and then -X/X should be left blank.

5 "enterprise contact person" and "enterprise contact telephone number" shall be filled in according to the power of attorney of the legal representative.

6. "Bidding Contact" and "Bidding Contact Phone" shall be filled in according to the power of attorney of the legal representative.

7 "provinces, municipalities and districts" choose the place of enterprise registration according to the business license of enterprise as a legal person.

8. The "registered address of the enterprise" shall be filled in according to the domicile in the business license of the enterprise as a legal person.

9. Fill in the "detailed address of the enterprise" according to the detailed address on the enterprise qualification certificate (pay attention to the change column of the qualification certificate here and fill in the latest situation).

10, select "affiliation" according to the enterprise qualification.

1 1, "enterprise type and establishment date" shall be filled in according to the company type and establishment date of the Business License for Enterprise as a Legal Person.

12, "contact telephone number, corporate fax, corporate website and email address" shall be filled in according to the registration form or checklist "Basic information of the enterprise". In addition to the telephone number, other contents can be filled in according to the contents filled in by the enterprise.

13, "Is it an enterprise directly under the central government?" Select "Yes" or "No" according to the qualification.

14, "Total number of safety officers, total number of quality inspectors and total number of builders" are all filled in with the number of personnel in Nanjing.

15, "Safety production license number and safety production license validity period" are filled in according to the safety production license.

16. "Registered capital currency" is selected and filled in according to the registered capital currency of the business license.

17, "the term of operation is valid" is selected and filled in according to the term of operation of the business license.

18, fill in the qualification certificate for "annual inspection".

19, "Annual Review" is used to fill in the annual review of the business license.

20 "enterprise financial production and operation status" registered capital must be filled in, and other contents can be selectively filled in according to the registered capital on the business license of enterprise as a legal person.

23. After completing all the contents on this page, be sure to click "Save" first, and then click the column of "Enterprise Qualification".

(2) Enterprise qualification

1, qualification sequence, qualification category, qualification grade, and first qualification date are selected and filled in according to the contents in the main qualification grade of enterprise qualification certificate. Be sure to click "Save" after adjustment.

2. The List of Additional Qualification of Enterprises shall be modified and saved according to the scope of contracted projects in the enterprise qualification certificate and the contents in the column of enterprise change.

(3) The situation of enterprises in Nanjing

1, the name, validity period and effective date in "In Nanjing" are optionally filled in according to the actual situation of the enterprise (used by enterprises in other provinces and cities), the name of the organization is filled in according to the name of the business license applied by the enterprise legal person in Nanjing, and the validity period and effective date are selectively filled in according to the validity period of the tax registration certificate applied by the enterprise legal person in Nanjing.

2. The contents of "registration" shall be filled in according to the actual situation and the power of attorney of the legal representative, and shall be consistent with the application materials.

3. The data in "engineering technicians", "project manager", "employees" and "financial situation" should be filled in according to the actual situation and consistent with the application materials. (The number of third-level personnel in the "Project Manager" is calculated by small project management division personnel)

4. After all the contents are filled in, be sure to click "Save".

(4) Enterprise personnel

1. When filling in the personnel information, click the sorting box before selecting the personnel category, and then click "Save" after completing the form. Among them, technical and economic personnel and management personnel only fill in Nanjing area personnel (at least one person). If there is more than one person of the same kind, click "Add" after saving, and "Save" after filling in again.

2. The names, positions and titles of "legal person, general manager and technical person in charge" shall be filled in one-to-one correspondence with the names, positions and titles of the legal representative, enterprise person in charge and technical person in charge on the qualification certificate. Phone numbers of legal representative and business manager must be filled in.

3. "Registration number, certificate number, registration certificate number" and related information in personnel information are optional, and should be filled in according to the actual situation; others are required.

(5) To-do list

To-do list is a window to view the progress of related application process, and it doesn't need to be filled in.

After all the information is filled in or modified and saved, return to the "Basic Information" column and click "Submit". (Enterprises in Qixia, Yuhua, Jiangning, Pukou, Liuhe, Lishui, Gaochun and Jiang Yan Development Zones shall submit materials after the preliminary examination by the District Housing and Construction Bureau; Enterprises in Sichuan, Henan, Hebei, Anhui, Tongzhou, Yixing, Jintan, Yancheng, Liyang, Qidong, Jiangdu and Haimen shall submit materials after preliminary examination by the Nanjing Office. )

Second, the project manager information registration

Project managers owned by local enterprises and (to be) undertaken by foreign enterprises in Nanjing (including construction engineer and project management division Jr.) must be registered at one time in the new year and recorded in the credit manual on the premise of having both the construction engineer certificate and the safety production assessment B certificate.

If the project manager has been registered in this enterprise a few years ago, enter Project Manager Management-Annual Registration of Project Managers, enter the name, click Search, find the project manager, click Modify, modify the corresponding information, and then click Annual Registration.

If the project manager has been registered in other enterprises in the past year, enter "Project Manager Management"-"Transfer Registration".
