Documents required for the annual review of the loan card: 1. Original and duplicate business license 2. Organization code certificate 3. Legal person ID card 4. Approval notice from the basic account opening bank 5. Previous annual report (including assets and liabilities statement, profit and loss statement, cash flow statement, cash flow statement supplementary table) 6. Tax registration certificate (national tax, local tax) 7. Provide assessment invoice, contract or valid grade certificate after assessment 8. Copy of loan card All the above must be copied Documents required for official seal assessment: 1. Articles of Association 2. Copy of corporate business license 3. Copy of tax registration certificate 4. Copy of loan card 5. Audited annual statements (including notes) for the past three years 6. Recent financial statements 7 , Capital verification report and above. Where reports are to be submitted, it is recommended to use the company's audit report directly.
